Nanro partners with Hyundai Motor — Korean cuisine takes Beverly Hills
The Nanro Foundation — the non-profit society dedicated to industrializing hansik, doing research and nurturing next-generation talent — said on Nov. 22 that it planned and operated the food-and-beverage program for the IONIQ 9 World Premiere held at Beverly Hills’ Goldstein House in Los Angeles on Nov. 20, in partnership with Hyundai Motor.
The lead chef was Kwang Uh of Baroo, the modern Korean restaurant that has become a hit on the L.A. scene. For the event, Baroo delivered an original reinterpretation of traditional Korean side dishes.
